She is responsible for all of our processes for People, People Management along with Talent Management and Cultural Development. Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge to the table. She's worked alongside leaders from all sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly during times of rapid expansion. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the human resources and business plans into strategies, goals as well as enterprise-wide goals by focusing on organizational performance, employee involvement, as well as change. She is passionate about learning, and she views leadership and team building as the greatest advantage. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and mentored managers who have shown effectiveness and outcomes. Her experience has helped cultivate cultures in organizations that promote learning innovation and positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie's passion for supporting Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate all of her energy and efforts for the cause. She also supports several non-profit organizations during her free time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to help women develop as leaders. She also provides training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
